Driving Thought Leadership. Forging Connections. Delivering Results.

The Nordic region – Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland & Iceland - has established itself as a prominent hub for life sciences due to strong research infrastructure, progressive healthcare systems, and supportive regulatory frameworks. Boasting a skilled workforce, academic excellence, collaborative networks, and a culture of innovation, attracting pharmaceutical & biotech companies, research institutions, and startups to thrive.

The Nordic region is home to 0ver 400 biotech companies but also boasts some of the world’s leading hospitals, with 2,100 clinical-stage updates reported in the past year, of which 700+ citing plans for future clinical trials. Denmark itself is home to many household names, including Novo Nordisk, Lundbeck, LEO Pharma and ALK – to name a few.

Copenhagen is well connected to the wider Nordic region, with excellent travel links via road, air and rail, it is easy to see why Copenhagen is the natural choice in which to host COG Nordics 2024.

COG Nordics brings together senior decision-makers across the clinical research ecosystem, from Denmark, Sweden, Finland & Iceland to hear from thought leaders within industry, regulators, and academia alongside a group of the most trusted and innovative solution providers serving the Northern European market for two days of leading multi-stream agenda content and networking engagement at a luxury Copenhagen hotel.

The event attracts Biotech, Non-Profit, Regulators and Patient Advocacy participants from across the Nordic countries on a complimentary basis. As event organisers we maintain a minimum of a 2:1 ratio between conference attendees and Vendors to enhance networking possibilities onsite.

Anticipated audience: 70% Pharmaceutical/ Biotech, 10% Non-Profit/ Regulators and Patient Advocacy & 20% Vendors. With a minimum of 85% being Director/ Head of Department or above.

We're delighted to host COG Nordics as the premier meeting place for the Northern European clinical research community and look forward to welcoming you to Copenhagen in February 2024.
