ABOUT THE MEETINGS

 

What is the Clinical Outsourcing Group (COG)? Organised by Pharmaceutical Business Conference Group (PBC), COG is a conference series for biopharma clinical trial sponsors and their solution/service providers. Events are held across the UK, Europe, and the USA and cover outsourcing strategy, clinical operations, technology, supply chain, and more.

 

Who attends the COG meetings? Our audience is made up of clinical trial sponsors (biotech and pharma) and the vendors and service providers who support them, including CROs, technology companies, logistics providers, and specialist consultancies. We maintain a better-than 2:1 ratio of sponsors to solution providers at every meeting.

 

Who attends COG: CRO meetings? Our audience is made up of operational teams from clinical trial contract research organisations, and the vendors and service providers who support them, including technology companies, logistics providers, and specialist consultancies.

 

How long do the meetings run? All meetings run across two days and often include multiple agenda streams, networking breaks, and an evening drinks reception.

 

REGISTRATION

 

How do I register to attend? You can register via the Registration section on each individual event page. If you're unsure which ticket type applies to you, feel free to contact us before registering.

Is there a difference between delegate and vendor registration? Yes. Ticket types and pricing differ, if you are unsure which registration is suitable for you, feel free to contact us before registering.

 

ATTENDANCE & ACCESS

 

What is included with my ticket? All attendance levels include access to the full conference programme across both days, networking breaks, and the evening drinks reception.

Will there be an agenda available in advance? Yes. A full agenda will be published on the relevant event page ahead of each conference. Agendas are built to deliver value across both sponsor and vendor audiences and will never feature back-to-back solution provider presentations.

Will sessions be recorded or available on demand? Please contact us for information on post-event content availability, as this may vary by event.

 

SPEAKING & SPONSORSHIP

 

Can I apply to speak at a COG meeting? We welcome speaker applications from biopharma sponsors, regulators, academics, and solution providers. Please contact David at djo@thepbcgroup.com to enquire.
